Community Stories
A warm, respectful space to share experiences of birth, postpartum, healing, fertility, and parenthood.
Everyone's journey is different. This space gives our community an opportunity to share experiences, find connection, and remind one another that we don't have to navigate these experiences alone.
Share. Connect. Be Heard.
Beyond The Birth
Your story doesn't end at birth.
Create a warm, respectful space where mothers and parents can share experiences beyond the birth experience, including postpartum, healing, fertility, pregnancy loss, parenthood, identity, relationships, and other meaningful parts of their journey. Only stories approved and published by The Post Care appear here.

Shared stories are reviewed and published here once approved.

Share Your Group Experience
Were you part of one of our support groups? We'd love to hear about your experience. Whether a group helped you feel less alone, gave you a place to share your story, connected you with others, or offered something meaningful during your healing journey, your feedback can help others understand what community support can feel like.
This section is specifically for people who participated in a Post Care Collective group.
Share Your Group ExperienceDear Postpartum Self
Letters from mothers to the version of themselves who was just beginning postpartum.
This is a collection of letters from mothers and parents around the world who are reflecting on their postpartum experience and writing back to their postpartum selves with compassion, honesty, encouragement, understanding, and perspective. From all over the world, mothers are writing to their postpartum selves — sharing what they wish they had known, what they needed to hear, what they survived, what they learned, and what they would tell themselves now.

Monday Mama Confessions
A space to share what's on your heart — anonymously and without judgment.
Motherhood can come with thoughts, feelings, questions, and experiences that aren't always easy to say out loud. Monday Mama Confessions is a community feature where moms and parents can anonymously submit a confession, question, experience, or thought and potentially have it shared as part of the monthly feature.
This was previously a weekly Monday feature. It will now be showcased on the last Monday of each month, allowing space for meaningful conversations while maintaining healthy boundaries for the person responding.
Before You Submit
Monday Mama Confessions is a community support feature and is not a crisis hotline, emergency service, or substitute for professional medical, mental health, or emergency care.
If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 911 or your local emergency services.
If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or thoughts of suicide or self-harm, call or text 988.
Please do not use this form for emergencies or situations requiring immediate professional intervention.
Submit a Confession
Submissions are reviewed before anything is shared publicly. Your email (if provided) stays private and is never displayed.
